Excellent location with many nearby restaurants.

Positive, The staff were incredibly helpful, especially George, who helped recover my daughter's lost bag in no time. The breakfast was rich and delicious, and the amenities, including the gym and pool, were great. The location was perfect, close to the Metro and shopping streets. 😊

The revolving restaurant at the top offers stunning views and well-prepared dishes, which made for a memorable dining experience. My room had a luxurious feel with a heated WC and ample amenities that catered well to my stay.

The air conditioning was consistently faulty during my multiple stays, making it uncomfortable at times. The noise from slamming doors was bothersome, especially during the night. My room faced the highway, resulting in late-night disturbances from racing cars, and the mini-bar was often empty, lacking basic snacks and drinks. Breakfast varied little day-to-day and the food quality did not match the hotel's standards. the lack of any English channels on the TV was disappointing.

The location near the charming former French Concession was ideal for exploring tree-lined streets, and the staff were consistently friendly and helpful, particularly George, who represented exemplary service. The view from our room on the 29th floor was breathtaking, making mornings special.

The breakfast area felt overcrowded, causing confusion in finding seats and cutlery. the air conditioning in our room struggled to cool down adequately, which made for a few uncomfortable nights.

The location was perfect for our group! Just steps from the subway, making it easy to explore popular spots like The Bund and Yuyuan Garden. The nearby restaurants were a hit too. Clean rooms and friendly staff ensured we had a great stay!

We did face a delay in getting a coffee at breakfast, which was a bit frustrating, as the restaurant's timing was a tad off.

The room was spacious and clean, with a nice view of the city. I loved the big bathroom and the desk space was perfect for working. the shower was a bit outdated and the air conditioning didn't cool as expected, stuck at 25 degrees. Still, the breakfast was solid with plenty of options to choose from!

Had a blast during our 4-night family trip! The staff were super helpful, especially when we needed extra toiletries. The room was cozy and clean. The coffee at breakfast was a real treat! Just beware, the room phone kept ringing randomly in the morning, which was kinda annoying.
